WHAT'S SO AWESOME ABOUT PROJECT SIMMY PETS?

All pets that are released by Project Simmy are hand painted and carefully created to share similar looks and personalities with real life shelter animals. That’s right! These inspirational animals actually exist, and are either now, or have been, listed as adoptable pets from one rescue, shelter or another.

Unique Adoptions

Unique pets are adoptable by only one Sims family, and will be moved to the adopted pets page once adopted! New ones are always in the work, and there’s no shortage of real-life animals to draw inspiration from. Feel free to read about their real-life counterparts by clicking on their mentioned link!

Limited Adoptions

Limited adoption pets are adoptable only for a certain period of time, so act fast! They will be moved to the adopted pets page once time runs out! These pets do not necessarily have a real-life counterpart, but they may be inspired by something (or someone?). See what we come up with!

Unlimited Adoptions

Unlimited adoption pets are adoptable until they are retired. Don’t worry! You will still be able to adopt them after retirement from a more condensed page. Independent - These dogs are less likely to need constant affection and can even walk themselves. Stubborn - These dogs don’t like being told what to do. Scolding them doesn’t do much to change their misbehaviors, but you can try begging them to stop.
